Здравствуйте, по какой причне может портиться соединение? с пользовательской стороны это практически не заметно, а при добалвении, редактировании материалов страница часто не прогружается, виден только штмл каркас страницы либо выдаёт ошибку что страница полностью не прогружена.

Попробуйте удалить блок с погодой:

если смотреть консоль браузера, именно эти ссылки тормозят загрузку сайта. Так же удалите ссылку на файл:

http://webmaster-ucoz.ru/ucoz/img/vverkh.png

это картинка кнопки прокрутки вверх. Файла фото нет в папке, но он прописан в коде в итоге тормозит загрузку страницы на 37 мл/сек
